Shipping & Returns
All order, unless other wise noted in product description take 2-3 business days to process, monogramming can take an up to an additional 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends will not be processed till the following Monday. We ship via USPS and provide a tracking number, however we cannot be help liable for wrong address, lost, stolen or missing packages.

*Studio Pick-Up — FREE
Ground — $5 flat rate (free shipping over $50.00)
1 Day — $25 flat rate
International — $15 flat rate
*Studio Pick-Ups are Tuesday - Thursday, 10:30am - 3:00pm. Email will be sent when order is available for pick up. Any orders not picked up after 14 days will be forfitted.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes an order does not work out, so please fill out the return and/or exchange for below and we will see what we can do.
Exchange request must be with in 7 days of order delivery.
Items must be returned unused, and un-opened. An item returned to us opened or used, unfortunately not be accepted and return postage will have to be covered by sender.
Custom garments and monogramed orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
We can only accept returns in the form of store credit at this time.
