SHIPPING OPTIONS:

USPS First Class Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) for all orders: FREE

USPS Priority Two Day Shipping (2 business days) for all orders: $5.00

USPS Priority Express Next Day Shipping (1 business day) for all orders: $20.00

USPS Priority International Shipping (6-10 business day) for all orders: $20.00

USPS Priority Express International Shipping (3-5 business day) for all orders: $25.00

 

United States (48 Contiguous States): The cost for shipping is only $5 flat-rate for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via USPS. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Priority or Priority Express shipping was selected.

Hawaii & Alaska Customers: The cost for shipping is $20 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7 business days.

International: We ship worldwide! The cost for shipping starts at $20.00. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders via USPS. Orders arrive within 6-10 business days unless Priority Express shipping was selected.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS:

  1. Order Confirmation E-mail: We will send you a order confirmation email when your order has been placed and your payment is processed. Most items are available to ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. In some cases, custom orders take more time to process. We will contact your via e-mail if your order takes longer than expected.
  2. Shipping Confirmation E-mail: We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with every order. Currently, we only offer parcel tracking information for Priority and Priority Express shipping options. You always check the status of your order anytime by e-mailing us at ani@amaliqbal.com.
  3. Shipping Multiple Packages: If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. We try to be as efficient as possible about our shipping  to save you money.
  4. Delivering Your Package: We process, handle & ship Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

RETURN POLICY:

We strive to make our customers happy. That's why all returns are FREE - we pay your shipping costs! However, we only accept returns within 14 days of receipt of merchandise (no exceptions). Just like you, there are other amazing customers that want a chance to buy our unique clothing and accessories. By returning the products within 14 days, it allows other customers to shop for the merchandise before it goes out of season. Custom orders are not eligible for returns - they were custom made for you and no one else!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund. All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without all items, show marks, scuffs or stains will not be eligible for refund. Any product(s) that have been re-sized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Once we have your information, please give us at least 1 to 3 business days to review your order send you a pre-paid return shipping label (with tracking). If the merchandise is in good condition, we will immediately process your return and fully refund your money.
