All returns and claims must be authorized by Studio Fig by email (hello@thestudiofig.com) within 10 days of purchase. You may receive a 100% store credit or an 90% refund of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Please Allow 1-7 business days for refund via original payment to post.

If an item arrives damaged please send a  photo of the packaging and the product to hello@thestudiofig.com, with order number (if applicable) in subject line.
